We are ready for spring! Our Model home at 845 River Place is finished and ready for viewing and listed for sale at $234,900. Our buyers of the existing home on River Rd are excited too, as they have put up a new fence and are adding on. We are currently under construction with a custom home on Lot 2 and have a new price on the white house at $249,000.
